Clayton Merrell at Carnegie Mellon University – Color Theory

On Friday, October 21, 2016, Clayton Merrell led a color theory and painting workshop for the VACOP students. He began by discussing the history of color theory and optics in a painting studio at CMU. Students were then able to try out some experiments in color theory themselves. Between exercises, Clayton led the students on a tour of all CMU art studio spaces, and talked about the art programs offered at CMU.
