Juliet Pusateri at Pittsburgh Center for Creative Re-use – Collage

On February 17, 2017, Juliet Pusateri led a collage workshop at PCCR for VACOP students. After mining and sifting through hundreds of interesting objects, textures, and photos, students created their own unique collages to tell a story, or communicate their own perspectives. Juliet discussed her career both as an artist (and former PCCR artist in residence) and an arts educator for Carnegie Museum of Art and CMU. Students were surprised by the wide variety of interesting art materials they found at PCCR, and noted what a great resource it was for artists.
